Cape Town was home to a feast of good food and wine this past weekend at the annual Good Food and Wine Show which took place at the Cape Town Convention Centre (CTICC).
The four day foodie fest was jam- packed with exciting culinary demonstrations by celebrity chefs, book signings, hand’s on workshops, a wine tour featuring some of SA’s finest wines and most importantly, lots of food to sample and buy.
The Good Food and Wine Show will be moving to Durban from 23- 26 July at the Durban Exhibition Centre before ending off at the Johannesburg Coca Cola Dome from 29 October – 1 November
We missed exhibiting this year but will be there next year. We found a lebanese bread with balasmic, rocket, parmesan and capers that was so good it broke the taste barrier, twice, mach 2. Look for Thyme Out Gourmet Foods at the show next year.
