Pizzeria making dough for children

Six of SA top celebrity chefs have been selected for a gourmet charity project hosted by pizzeria, Col’Cachio.

The project, which started in April this year, will be running until September, showcasing a different pizza masterpiece every month.

The Chefs include, Philipe Wagenfuhrer (Chief Patron of Roots restaurant in Gauteng), Mike Basset (Owner and chef of Myoga, Ginja and Shoga restaurants in Cape Town), Citrum Khumalo (Owner and chef of Asidle Gourmet Catering in Gauteng), Reuben Riffel (Owner and chef of Reuben’s restaurant in Franschhoek), Margot Janse (Executive chef at Le Quartier Francais in Franschhoek), Rudi Liebenberg (Executive chef of Mount Nelson Hotel in Cape Town)

The aim of the celebrity chef series is to raise funds for the Red Cross War Memorial Children’s Hospital.

For every celebrity chefs pizza sold R 5.00 will be donated to the hospital.
